Implement and enforce occupational health and safety (OHS) policies, procedures and programs in compliance with Philippine labor and safety laws.
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification at the construction site.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety standards.
Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for workers and staff.
Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain safety documentation, reports and records required by regulatory agencies.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors on safety concerns.
Promote a culture of safety and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Must be a certified Safety Officer (SO2 or SO3 preferred).
BOSH/COSH certification required.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry.
Knowledge of DOLE, OSH and other Philippine safety regulations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to conduct safety training and risk assessments effectively.
