• The Retail Sales Operation Associate oversees daily retail operations across assigned store locations while actively supporting in-store sales and customer service. This hybrid role ensures smooth coordination between head office directives and front-line execution, while helping drive sales, monitor store performance, and support inventory and merchandising activities.
• Retail Sales Operation Associate position reports directly to the Area Sales Supervisor and the Retail Sales & Operations Manager.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Assist customer’s in-store with product recommendations, fitting, and purchase decisions.

Area Coordination & Store Support

• Regularly visit assigned stores to check compliance with merchandising, cleanliness, and visual display standards.
• Coordinate implementation of promotional activities and marketing rollouts.
• Follow proper instructions given by the immediate superior.
• Submit weekly reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational issues to Head Office.

Inventory & Stock Monitoring

• Assist in stock receiving, transfer, and inventory counting activities.
• Spot checking of the merchandise inventory and strictly implementation of the Stocks Monitoring Movement Sheet (SMMS).
• Coordinate with warehouse team and store staff to address stock shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper display and replenishment of fast-moving items.
• Keep well balanced inventory.

Team & Training Support

• Support training of new store staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Monitor staff performance during store visits and provide basic coaching when needed.
• Communicate updates from HQ to store teams clearly and promptly.
• Follow proper instructions given by immediate superior.
• Adept in cashiering works
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
• Reports: Daily Sales Reporting, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Report, Monthly Inventory Report, Monthly Store Report, Store/Outlet Current Information, Maintain logbook sales/inventory/category monitoring.
• Smile and greet customers as they enter the store.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle customer concerns or feedback and escalate major issues as needed.

• At least 2 years’ experience in retail sales or area/store coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between multiple store locations.
• Knowledge or interest in sports retail (badminton/pickle ball a plus).
• Flexible with working weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:

• Field-based role with store visits at least 6 days/week.
• May be required to assist during events, store openings, or audits.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
