Ensures that the recruitment team understands the competencies needed for every position required by each client of MAX to meet their manpower demands.
Drives team performance in delivering qualified applicants within the strict turn time promised by Sales and committed by the HR team as part of its OKR.
Regularly monitors the productivity output of every recruitment specialist to ensure that KPIs are met weekly. Manage and prioritize client satisfaction.
Analyze recruitment metrics. Adjusts strategies based on recruitment data to improve performance.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Recruitment Supervisor
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Skilled in hitting recruitment targets, analyzing data, and working with Sales and HR to meet client needs
Preferably has manpower experience
Can start ASAP.
