  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms (online job portals, social media, career pages).
  • Source candidates through databases, social media, referrals, and job fairs.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Help organize and attend recruitment events, such as career fairs and open houses.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
  • Stay updated with current hiring trends and best practices.

职位要求

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
