Responsibilities:

• Identify strengths and skills that need to be improved (process and communication)
• Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
• Participate in call calibrations and meetings
• Prepare, review, and present the quality analyst result of the agent
• Provide feedback for improvements
• Monitor the performance of team members

Requirements:

• Open for Bangladesh nationals who can speak English fluently
• With at least a year quality assurance role (BPO-related experience is highly preferred but not required)
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule
• Can start as soon as possible
