Communicate effectively with team members
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
Conduct inspections and tests of materials and workmanship at various stages of precast production
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test result and non-conformance reports
Identify any potential quality issues and work with the construction team to resolve them
Maintain comprehensive records of all QA/QC Activities
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly QA/QC reports for submission to the project management team
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and complies with project requirements
Conducts audit to ensure compliance with the project's QA/QC plan
Provide training to construction staff on QA/QC procedures and quality standard

Licensed Civil Engineer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3 - 5 years experience in a QA/QC role
Proficiency in QA/QC Procedures for precast production works
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, production practices and materials
