职位描述

  • Conduct research and assess suppliers, products, and services.
  • Procure goods and services at competitive prices, ensuring quality is maintained.
  • Guarantee timely and cost-efficient procurement to fulfill company requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
  • Track inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock without excessive purchasing.
  • Responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality goods and services at the best prices.
  • They manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate records. By collaborating with internal teams and adhering to budgets, they ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement to support the company’s operations.

职位要求

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
