职位描述

Design, maintain, and manage property infrastructure.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties.
Collaborate with contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations.
Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Assist in budget planning and cost estimation for projects.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for property issues.
Oversee property management, ensure operational efficiency, manage tenant relations, and monitor maintenance activities.
