职位描述

  • Responsible for managing on-site construction activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for efficient workflow.
  • Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
  • Prepare daily reports and communicate progress to project managers.
  • Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management or site engineering.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in CAD software, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily on-site, often in outdoor environments with potential exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Willing to assigned in Visayas areas, as of now there's no particular on which areas, but we already have open sites such as Antique, Cebu Negros and many more...
