Prepare, collate, maintain, and present the project development pipeline and database for internal and external stakeholders and create reports regarding such, as needed.
Prepare, collate, and maintain various presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders with a focus on upper management as audience. Presentations include, but are not limited to the following: various board meeting materials, strategic planning decks, company overview presentations.
Assist in the administration needs of the Project Development Committee (PDC) such as, but not limited to tracking and monitoring action items for the group and provision of project support as needed.
Assist and liaise with Human Resources and Corporate Services regarding different matters such as, but not limited to: organization chart maintenance, strategic planning, event organization and logistics, etc.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in either of the following: Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics.

With strong verbal and written communication skills, basic math and accounting skills, know-how in computer tools and databases, proficiency in MS Office – other software a bonus, self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented.
