Manage project timelines and deliverables proactively and resolve any delays or blockers across all departments, and ensuring proper documentation.
Facilitate collaboration across respective departments.
Initiate communication to ensure task alignment and accountability.
Acts as a liaison between Aurora Media and its partners/vendors.
Consolidate updates from all departments for a weekly and monthly reports.
Prepare client-facing reports and presentations when needed.
Assist in managing calendars, production, schedules, contracts review, and budgets.
Organize logistics for shoots, campaign launches, and content rollouts.
Help prepare and track invoices, supplier documents, and project expenses.
Have the initiative in terms of departmental collaboration, vendors/clients communication.

Must be a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business Management, and the like.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in managing cross-functional and external relationships.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Experience working with agencies, brands, vendors, or production partners is a major plus.
Familiarity with creative or marketing workflows in an agency or production setting.
Proficiency in creative tools is an advantage.
