1. Effectiveness of strategy execution of Compliance Section to protect the business interest of the organization

2. Ensure alignment of activities with recent changes in regulations and laws with direct impact on the business operations, permits, and licenses

3. Proficiency in the application process through accuracy and timeliness to ensure the licenses and permits are secured on time

4. Timeliness of application, registration and renewal process of all regulatory documents to avoid penalties and apprehensions.

5. Proficiency in the documentation of permit requirements

6. Effectiveness of coordination with concerned government agencies, internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are prepared for timely processing and release of permits

7. Effective and collaborative partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of permit-related requirements

8. Ensure compliance of projects with applicable regulations while protecting the interest of the company

9. Close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure correct permit-related payments are made based on government requirements

10. Timeliness of communication with internal stakeholders regarding changes in the requirements related to permitting and licensing

11. Ensure corporate documents are managed efficiently and effectively.

12. And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.

• 1-2 years experience is an advantage
• Bachelor's/College Degree 
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
