- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Ensure product quality and adhere to safety standards

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Project Leadership, Food Safety Protocols, Operations Management, Market Development, Quality Standards, and Process Improvement.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced manufacturing environment with possible exposure to machinery and high temperatures.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
