  • Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts related to football events and athlete agreements for the Philippine Football Federation Inc.
  • Conduct legal research specific to sporting regulations and intellectual property within the entertainment industry.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage document workflows for football federation matters.
  • Help ensure compliance with federation policies, national, and international football governing body regulations.
  • Facilitate and maintain records of federation meetings, resolutions, and legal communications.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience working as a paralegal or in a legal support role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in legal research, familiarity with legal databases, strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting with case preparation, drafting legal documents, maintaining case files, and conducting legal research. Coordination with attorneys and clients, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours, may require overtime during busy periods. Some travel may be required for trial preparation or document collection.
  • Qualities and Traits: A successful Paralegal should be highly organized, efficient, discrete with confidential information, analytical, and possess strong ethical judgment.
