  • Designing and implementing sales processes, policies, and systems
  • Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
  • Analyzing sales performance, trends, and metrics
  • Providing sales training, coaching, and support
  • Facilitating communication between departments
  • Streamlining processes to support the sales team's performance and success


职位要求

  • Academic: Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Communication: The ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and superiors 
  • Leadership: The ability to motivate and manage a team of sales specialists 
  • Problem-solving: The ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure 
  • Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines 
  • Analytical mindset: The ability to analyze data and report on it 
  • Knowledge of operations management: A good understanding of operations management 
  • Multitasking: The ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment 
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management
