PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a Lead Auditor, you will lead the overall statutory audit process, provide regular status of the statutory audit and discuss potential risks in the audit timeline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall statutory audit process for our 3 new legal entities for Australia.

• Regular discussion/coordination/follow-ups with PWC, A&D Team, BUF, Legal, LEA, CTC, 3rd party accounting firm, etc.

• Provide regular status of the statutory audit and discuss potential risks in the audit timeline

• Coordinate with Legal Team and Board of Directors for the key documentations required for the statutory audit and filing

• Set meeting with Board of Directors for the finalization and presentation of Financial Statement

Qualifications:

• Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance 

• Certification: CPA is a plus but not required.

• Experience required: Statutory FS preparation, audit and filing, engagement with key stakeholders.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience

• Can manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines.

• Open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies.

• Experience in a Shared Service setup or multinational organizations.

• Strong English communication skills.
