I. Program Management
- Develop and manage structured programs related to ongoing monitoring of customer (such as Periodic Review and Event Driven Review) and offboarding of customer (L1 and L3 offboarding) procedures, ensuring they meet BSP regulations and align with organizational policies.
II. Regulatory Alignment & Process Oversight
- Maintain and monitor adherence to BSP requirements, ensuring that all customer monitoring and offboarding programs comply with relevant regulations.
III. Project Coordination & Timely Execution
- Lead the coordination of multiple cross-functional teams, including CXM, CL&G, and Products Teams etc., to ensure smooth execution of programs and on-time delivery of tasks.
IV. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the liaison between departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across teams for efficient implementation of customer monitoring programs.
V. Program Improvement & Reporting
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for improving customer monitoring programs. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on progress, performance metrics, and key insights to senior management.
