We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Java Software Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Java and the Spring framework. You will work in an Agile environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions in both cloud-based (AWS) and on-premises environments.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Java applications using the Spring framework.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to build and deploy applications in AWS and on-premises environments.
• Write efficient SQL queries and manage data models to ensure optimal database performance.
• Ensure code quality and security using tools like Git, SonarQube, Snyk, and other vulnerability management platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Continuously improve development practices and advocate for best coding standards.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development with deep understanding of the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and on-premises systems integration.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Proficiency with Git for version control and familiarity with Sonar, Snyk, or similar tools for code quality and vulnerability management.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience working in collaborative Agile teams.
