Title: Change Management Intern

Duration: Preferably 3-6 months

About the Role

We’re looking for an organized and motivated intern to join our Change Management team. In this role, you’ll help keep things running smoothly by tracking progress, following up with team members, and sharing updates on ongoing changes. This is a great opportunity to learn how business and IT teams work together to manage updates and improvements within a company.

What You’ll Do

• Keep track of ongoing tasks and help make sure they are completed on time.

• Follow up with team members and managers to get needed approvals and updates.

• Create and share simple daily or weekly reports that show the status of ongoing tasks.

• Help maintain clear and accurate records in our systems.

• Support your manager in finding ways to improve how things are done.

• Join team meetings and share progress on your assigned work.

What We’re Looking For

• You’re currently studying or have recently finished a degree in Business, IT, or a related area.

• You’re familiar with using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic tools.

• You’re a good communicator and not afraid to follow up when things need attention.

• You’re organized, pay attention to details, and can manage your time well.

• Interest in learning about how changes are managed in a business environment.
