If you’re detail-oriented and experienced in navigating BOC, PEZA, or FDA processes, this could be your next career move.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure all import transactions comply with local and international regulations
• Prepare, review, and submit import documents (BOC, PEZA, FDA, etc.)
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal procedures accordingly
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies
• Maintain clear and organized compliance records for audits and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth inbound logistics

• 1–2+ years of experience in import compliance or regulatory logistics
• In-depth knowledge of BOC, PEZA, FDA, and other regulatory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in handling import permits, HS codes, and tariffs
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig (not a remote role)
• Preferred: Background in logistics, supply chain, or international trade
