职位描述

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.


职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or recruiting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting abilities, effective communication, and excellent writing skills.
