Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Administration or any related course

At least 5 years of work experience in General Affairs or in administrative work

At least 3 years of work experience in Supervisory work

Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company

Willing to work fully on site

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible in processing employment permit and visa

Ensuring compliance with labor and immigration laws,

Maintaining accurate and updated employee records.

Responsible for arranging hotel bookings and transportation for visitors.

Assist and support internal departments with administrative requirements.
