I. Responsibilities and Duties
· Develop creative visual assets for product launches, campaigns, brochures, packaging, and in-store branding.
· Design digital content including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and ads.
· Lead shoots for both projects and retail and come up with compelling videos & images for the brand/s.
· Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to maintain brand consistency.
· Translate concepts into compelling visuals that speak to an upscale, design-conscious audience.
· Assist in art direction for photo shoots and styling product imagery.
· Ensure all graphics meet technical and quality standards for both digital and print formats.
· Stay updated on design trends in the luxury, home décor, and kitchen sectors
II. Job Qualifications
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer or visual artist, preferably in the luxury, lifestyle, interior design, or home décor sector.
· A strong portfolio showcasing a refined design sensibility, especially in upscale or premium product presentations.
Technical Skills:
· Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion graphics tools is a plus.
· Solid understanding of typography, layout design, composition, and color theory.
· Experience with both digital media (social, web, email) and print production (brochures, packaging, large-format displays).
· Familiarity with photography editing and visual merchandising principles is highly desirable.
Creative & Professional Skills:
· Strong visual storytelling ability tailored to a luxury audience.
· Exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for high-end aesthetics and sophisticated design.
· Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
· Understanding of brand consistency and visual identity systems.
Soft Skills:
· Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and retail teams.
· Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
· Adaptability and openness to feedback and revision cycles.
· A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of ownership and pride in work.
Bonus Qualifications:
· Interest or background in interior design, architecture, or luxury retail.
· Knowledge of UI/UX design, basic HTML/CSS, or 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
· Familiarity with brand storytelling, content marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
