IMPORTANT: The successful Geodetic Engineer will be supporting multiple sites in Luzon (Taguig, Cavite, Quezon City, Pampanga). Travel is required.

The Geodetic Engineer is responsible for making exact measurements and determine property boundaries. Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features on or near the earth's surface for engineering, mapmaking, land evaluation, construction, and other purposes.

• Reports directly to the Surveying and Design Department Head

• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed

• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites

• Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles

• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features

• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain

• Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys

• Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering (Licensed)

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Knowledgeable in using Nexus Auto-Level, Total Station Theodolite, and other surveying and levelling devices

• Knowledgeable in Horizontal / Vertical Curve, Accuracy Survey, Civil Survey, Survey Data Computation, Coordinates

• The candidate must be open to be assigned in any site in Luzon based on targets of the team. Travel expenses shall be covered by the company.
