Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance to support business growth. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive financial efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and business performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance to identify risks and opportunities
• Develop strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies
• Support management in decision-making with financial insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role (with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax laws
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
