职位描述

  • Prepare, process, and submit permit applications to government agencies. Track permit expiration dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Facilitate the timely processing and renewal of business permits, license, and other regulatory documents.
  • Liaise with government offices to resolve issues or delays in the permitting process. Maintain accurate records of all permits, licenses, certifications, and compliance documents
  • Ensure documentation is updated, organized and available for inspection at any time.
  • Coordinate and assist during government inspections or internal audits. Conduct internal checks to assess compliance status.
  • Prepare reports and documentation needed during audits.
  • Monitor company operations to ensure compliance with local laws (e.g. BIR, SEC, DOLE), industry regulations, and internal guidelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and government agencies such as BIR, SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE and LGUs.
  • Submit and follow up on required documentation to government offices and ensure
  • deadlines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local and national laws and regulations. Familiarity with Philippine regulatory bodies, bank processes and government agencies (e.g., SEC, BIR, and DOLE)

  • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in liaison and a compliance or regulatory­ related rule.
  • Performs any other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
