• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our dental clinic team. The successful candidate will work closely with our dentists to create and repair dental prosthetics, such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and other oral devices, ensuring high-quality results that meet patient needs. As a key member of our dental team, the Dental Technician will also support the overall workflow by maintaining equipment and materials, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Fabrication of Dental Prosthetics:
• Design, construct, and fit crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, retainers, and other dental prostheses based on dentist specifications and patient molds.
• Take precise measurements of patients’ oral structures to ensure proper fitting of prosthetics.
• Repairs and Modifications:
• Repair or modify existing dental prosthetics, including dentures, crowns, and bridges.
• Troubleshoot issues with dental devices to ensure patients' comfort and proper function.
• Collaboration with Dentists:
• Work closely with the dentist to ensure that prosthetics are properly fitted and meet the clinical requirements.
• Communicate any concerns or discrepancies with the dentist regarding patient records or prosthetic requirements.
• Material Management:
• Ensure all materials used in the creation of dental prosthetics (e.g., ceramics, metals, resins) are available, properly stored, and regularly inventoried.
• Order supplies and materials as needed for the lab.
• Laboratory Equipment Maintenance:
• Operate and maintain dental laboratory equipment, including dental casting and molding systems, dental furnaces, and polishing tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper function.
• Quality Control:
• Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail when creating dental appliances.
• Ensure that all dental products meet industry safety and health regulations.

Must be knowledgeable and with extensive experience in creating dental restorations and appliances like:

• Bridges
• Crowns
• Dental implant abutments and crowns
• Dentures and implant-supported dentures
• Mouth guards
• Retainers
• Veneer
