ACCOUNT: AMAZON

Employee Relations ( CSR - Voice call )

Salary Offer: 18-19K ( NO CCE )

20-21K ( 6 MONTHS EXP )

Plus 10 % - Overtime-Performance Monthly Incentives


Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School Graduate
  • Willing to work Onsite on a shifting Scheduling (Cyberpark Cubao)
  • Willing to Start ASAP!


Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Greet customers politely and professionally
  • Listen carefully to customer needs and concerns
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully

Providing Information & Assistance

  • Answer questions about products or services accurately
  • Guide customers in making informed decisions
  • Explain policies, pricing, and procedures

Problem Solving & Complaint Handling

  • Address customer complaints calmly and efficiently
  • Offer appropriate solutions (refunds, replacements, support)
  • Escalate issues when necessary

Service Quality & Satisfaction

  • Ensure timely and efficient service
  • Maintain consistency in service standards
  • Follow up to confirm customer satisfaction
