职位描述

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

职位要求

  • Fresh Graduates of Finance, Accounting, and Marketing are encourage to apply
  • College graduate with 1 year BPO experience
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Can start ASAP
