The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer support through voice calls, emails, chat, or messaging platforms. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience while following company guidelines and service standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Handle outbound customer interactions via phone (voice) and email/chat (non-voice) channels
  2. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, or account information
  3. Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
  4. Document interactions and update customer records in the system
  5. Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, and productivity targets
  7. Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
  8. Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
