  • Act as first point of contact, providing exemplary customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues, manage complaints, and process orders/returns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of company policies and services to offer accurate assistance.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, enhancing the image of Driven Manpower Corporation in the HR & Recruitment sphere.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service goals.

职位要求

  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 Year of experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with computers and relevant software. Ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions. Emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests. Providing product and service information. Documenting customer interactions and transactions.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work. Shift work may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and resilient. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
