Location: Cebu IT Park

Work Setup: Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Document call details and update the system accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality scores, attendance, and productivity.


Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School Graduate.
  • With or without BPO/Voice experience (training will be provided).
  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Typing speed of at least 26–32 WPM.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park.


Salary Package (Starter / Adapter Level)

  • Base Pay: ₱14,500.00
  • Rice Allowance: ₱2,000.00
  • Complexity Allowance: ₱2,500.00
  • Total Monthly Package: ₱19,000.00
  • (For ExPro / With Experience, the Complexity Allowance is ₱3,500.)
