We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented BPO Associate to support our FedEx and Bloc account operations. This role involves handling both voice (inbound/outbound calls) and non-voice (email, chat, data entry, backend processing) tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good analytical thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Voice Process:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery concerns, and account queries related to FedEx/Bloc services.
  • Provide resolution to escalated issues with empathy and accuracy.
  • Follow call scripts and quality guidelines.

Non-Voice Process:

  • Manage email and chat support related to shipment queries, billing, and account management.
  • Process data entries, shipment logs, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and FedEx/Bloc teams for issue resolution.
  • Update CRM tools and databases accurately.


FedEx Account in a BPO Setting: Overview

BPOs often handle shipping, logistics, returns, or customer support on behalf of clients. A FedEx account is typically used to:

  • Ship documents/products for the client
  • Manage returns or customer orders
  • Handle client billing or freight needs
  • Track and report shipping activity
  • Support international logistics for offshoring clients


How to Set Up or Manage a FedEx Account in a BPO

Types of FedEx Accounts to Use

  • Corporate FedEx Account (under the BPO's legal entity)
  • Used when the BPO is shipping on behalf of clients but manages the shipping directly.
  • Client-Linked FedEx Account
  • Often, clients provide their FedEx account number, and the BPO uses it for shipping/returns while keeping activities separate.
  • Third-Party Billing Setup
  • FedEx allows shipments to be billed to a third party (e.g., your client), even if the BPO is the sender.


Bloc Cash-Up Account — Retail/BPO Context (Most Likely)

In many BPOs that handle retail, e-commerce, or customer service for clients, a "cash-up account" or cash-up process refers to end-of-day (EOD) reconciliation of cash or transaction balances.

A "Bloc Cash-Up Account" could mean:

  • Definition:
  • A bloc cash-up account is a temporary holding account used during the cash-up or revenue reconciliation process for a specific client ("bloc") or location.
  • In a BPO context:
  • "Bloc" could refer to:
  • A client group
  • A store location
  • A business unit the BPO supports
  • Each bloc may have a virtual cash account in the system to manage:
  • Daily sales reconciliations
  • POS (point of sale) settlement
  • Courier cash-on-delivery (COD) tracking
  • Refund or dispute handling

Offer & Compensation:

  • Salary package range: Up to ₱23,000
  • Sign-on bonus (SOB): ₱20,000
