职位描述

  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve issues and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and build strong customer relationships.
  • Document interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, customer service, sales pipeline management, pitching and closing sales, Salesforce, and financial literacy.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work opportunities, regular hours, and occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, empathy, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
