职位描述

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to aid customers.
  • Document interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide back office support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in account management, technical skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with team collaboration.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong people skills, team player, and effective communication in English.
  • Additional Requirements : NBI / COE / Government IDs ie (Pag-Ibig / SSS/ Phil Health)
  • Open for Fresh Graduates as well
