职位描述

  • Customer Service Representative (CSR):
  • Handling inbound customer service calls, including sales, collections, and technical support. 
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and taking ownership of resolving customer issues. 
  • Building rapport with customers and demonstrating a caring attitude. 

职位要求

  • At least 18 years old
  • At least a high school/senior high school graduate
  • Good English communication & interaction skills
  • No BPO Experience needed
  • Amenable to shifting schedules
