Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Associate (Non-Voice) to join our dynamic healthcare client. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a professional and fast-paced environment. The role focuses on assisting patients or customers through chat and email, delivering accurate information and excellent service at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient or customer inquiries via chat and email in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, policies, or account details
  • Document interactions and follow up on open issues as needed
  • Follow company protocols and data privacy regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure service excellence
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all communications

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Basic computer skills and typing proficiency
  • Fast learner with a willingness to be trained
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules (if required by the client)
