职位描述

• Assist in the preparation, filing, and monitoring of applications for:

• New business registrations (SEC, DTI, LGU)

• Business permit renewals (Mayor’s Permit, Barangay Clearance, etc.)

• Tax registrations and updates with the BIR

• Coordinate with government agencies (SEC, BIR, LGUs, etc.) to secure necessary documents, certifications, and approvals.

• Maintain an organized record of all permits, licenses, and compliance documents with timely reminders for renewals and deadlines.

• Assist in preparing reports and documentation required for regulatory audits.

• Ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

• Liaise with internal departments to collect necessary documents for filings and renewals.

• Provide administrative support for other compliance-related tasks as assigned.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • 2-4 years’ proven experience in a compliance role.
  • With working knowledge/familiarity of SEC and BIR requirements, as well as pertinent rules and regulations.
  • Has a good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • CAN START ASAP
