-In charge in the issuance and control of medicine

-Maintain/keep accurate and complete medical records of employee

-Screens and verify the pre-employment medical result of newly hired employee

-Attends or bring the patient to the hospital if needed

-Attends to sick employee and give thorough assessment, referral and medication if it requires to send the employee home

-Over-all In-charge in health trainings/seminar activities

-Prepares/process medicine inventory

-Prepares/process health problem summary report

-Facilitates/coordinate for the Annual Physical Examination of the company

-Support government health programs for employees

-Gives health counseling to sickly and frequent patients at the clinic

-Prepares for Enroll/ Deleted list for health card (New Regular/Resigned employees)

-Actively participate and support the implementation of the Quality and Environmental Management System activities and projects

-Conduct 5's Audit every week

-Assist HR in all company events and activities

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills

-Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity

-High level of accuracy and attention to detail

-Language skills in English and Japanese (but not preferable)

-Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business or related field

-Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

-Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms

-Willingness to travel

-Established contacts in media
