  • Prepare and cook diverse dishes in accordance with recipes.
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure food safety standards are upheld.
  • Plan menus, select ingredients, and oversee food inventory.
  • Collaborate with dining services to create seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Innovate and experiment with new culinary techniques.
  • Prepare and cook menu items, maintain cleanliness, assist in kitchen operations, and collaborate with the team.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of practical kitchen experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in various cooking techniques, food safety standards, and ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Passion for cooking, creativity, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
