  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in back office support tasks as needed.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a team player attitude
  • Skills and Competencies: Ability to handle calls with discretion
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic technical skills for using call center software
