Cycle Financing Corp. is a dynamic financial institution in the Philippines dedicated to creating positive social impact through consistent, fast and convenient financial solutions. We're looking for a new member of the Business Development team that can build strong client relationships and drive strategic initiatives to expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, email, calls, and/or SMS
• Provide accurate information about company products and resolve customer concerns
• Document all customer interactions using an internal monitoring sheet
• Coordinate with sales/marketing team to identify and forward high-potential leads
• Assist in improving customer experience by sharing monthly reports and feedback with the management team
• Assist in updating customer service templates or frequently answered questions (FAQs) based on common inquiries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, information technology or other similar fields
• Fresh grads welcome to apply
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok); experience in Meta Business Suite is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
