职位描述

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
  • Support project management in implementing changes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Monitor project progress and outcomes.

职位要求

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel, RDBMS, TOGAF, BPMN, and ECBA certification.
  • Responsibilities: Analyze business needs, create documentation, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work; may involve teamwork and meetings.
  • Qualities: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
