QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with formal training or coursework in technical drafting and BIM software (e.g., Revit)
• Preferably with at least two (2) years proven experience working as BIM specialist or similar role
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant coursework, training or internship experience in modeling

Must be willing to work at the Head Office in Bangkal, Makati City

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares BIM models in strict compliance to modelling standards and protocols including compliance to quantity extraction requirements
• Develops models and detailed designs from plan drawings and reference drawings
• Ensures that models are up to date and uploaded to BIM 360
• Extracts and prepares 'For construction drawings' from BIM models in accordance to target schedule
• Ensures that models are published free of clashes and conflicts
• Participates in BIM meetings and other coordination meetings
