  • Accept deposits from customers, including checks, cash, and electronic transfers.
  • Process cash withdrawals and ensure customers' accounts reflect the correct balance.
  • Handle payments for loans, credit cards, mortgages, etc.
  • Facilitate money transfers between accounts or to other banks.
  • Provide foreign currency exchange services when necessary.
  • Greet customers as they enter the bank and direct them to the appropriate service area.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to accounts, transactions, or services.
  • Provide information about bank products and services

职位要求

  • College degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service or cash handling.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance procedures is an advantage
