What you will do:

Preparation, evaluation and management of all MEPF & ELV commercial matters related to the developments as ensuring the completion within budget & relevant quality and directly report to Commercial Director.

· Principle reviewing of the MEPF Cost from Consultants and Contractors for Tender, Variation & Addendum submission and assistance to Commercial Director in Tender Negotiation and Finalization.

· Review LOIN, LOA and Contract prepared by QS Consultants.

· Prepare Proposed Award Recommendation Form and Contract Award Recommendation for MEPF & ELV packages for approval.

· Review interim payment certificates / final accounts prepared by QS Consultants for MEPF & ELV.

What we need:

· Coordinate with other departments such as Project Management, Finance, Procurement, Design for any matters related to project cost and payments.

· Be responsible for implementing and completing other assigned tasks.

· Having experience of PSMM7 standard method of measurement is preferred but not essential.

· Hotel/ Casino/ Commercial experience is advantageous.

· Degree in MEPF & ELV Engineering or MEPF & ELV Quantity Surveying from recognized university.

· Minimum 5 years pre-contract or post-contract experience.

· Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
