职位描述

As a Team Manager (Banking) in a BPO setting, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives handling banking-related accounts.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and provide effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve operational efficiency.

职位要求

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Team Manager in a BPO setting.
  • Strong background in banking, financial services, or insurance (BFSI) is required.
  • Experience in handling a banking/financial account is a must.


Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Familiarity with financial industry compliance and security standards.
