About the role:

The After Sales Officer is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction after the sale of products and services. This role includes handling inquiries, resolving issues, processing warranties, and ensuring that customers receive the necessary support post-purchase.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or after-sales in a similar industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers professionally and efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and find effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant systems to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
