职位描述

  • Provide administrative support to enhance office efficiency.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Assist clients with data organization and requirements
  • Handle inquiries and communicate effectively with staff and clients.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Make detailed reports regarding clients

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong English language skills, excellent time management, data entry, and written communication abilities are essential. Analytical and organizational skills are also required.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Discretion, professionalism, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
