职位描述

  • Prepare and maintain financial records.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
  • Collaborate with team members for audits and tax filings.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong support and audit skills, expertise in billing and financial analysis, exceptional time management, and financial reporting abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct audits, manage billing processes, perform financial analysis, and prepare financial reports.
  • Working Conditions: Standard office environment with regular business hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.
